JOHANNESBURG – A fire gutted a building in Jeppestown, Johannesburg on Sunday morning killing four people and badly injuring three.Johannesburg Mayor Dada Morero says it’s been determined that a private corporation owns the building, but it still has to be informed about the blaze.It’s believed the building was illegally linked to the power grid, but investigations are continuing.eNCA’s Theodor Mashele reports in the video above.
